How often should I use MFC Green?
Cafetto recommends daily cleaning of milk frothers in café operation and at least weekly at home. On super-automatics with auto-cappuccino systems: follow the manufacturer — typically daily at end of shift.
Why is MFC Green acidic?
The acidic formula removes milk proteins and milk fat together with limescale. Alkaline cleaners (e.g. standard milk-system cleaners) dissolve protein and fat but do not descale. MFC Green covers both in one step — ideal for hard water.
Does residue remain in the machine?
No, when used as directed. After cleaning, rinse with 1 L of clean water — all surfactants are rapidly biodegradable. Cafetto MFC Green leaves no odor or aftertaste in the next brew.
