We ship to Germany and Switzerland, both with GLS – reliable and with tracking. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Switzerland: duties paid

Prices are roughly the same as in Germany. Swiss VAT of 8.1% is included, as are all other duties and taxes – there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships – so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Returns

14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods (details in our cancellation policy).
Returns from Germany are free – you can create the return label in your customer account.
Returns from Switzerland: the return shipping costs are yours.
Refund within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
Please return items in their original packaging if possible.
