What is the brush specifically designed for?

What's special about the angled handle?
In a café workflow the machine is always on — the handle sits out of the water stream and away from the hot group. When backflushing with Cafetto EVO you stay safely clear of burns, even when the group is still under pressure.
How does the integrated dosing scoop work?
The handle base is shaped as a small scoop. Tilt it into your backflushing powder (e.g. Cafetto EVO, Cafiza, Urnex), pick up one scoop and drop it straight into the portafilter with blind basket. One tool instead of three — a time saver on every shot changeover.
How do I replace the bristles?
Click the bristle head off the handle (press & twist or just push), click the replacement on — no tools. The separate 3-pack of replacement bristles is in our shop and costs a fraction of a new brush.
