You can use both conical (V60-style) and flat-bottom (Kalita Wave-style) paper filters with the Origami Rework Dripper. For Size S, use 01-size filters (V60-01 or Kalita Wave 155). For Size M, use 02-size filters (V60-02 or Kalita Wave 185). This dual compatibility allows you to experiment with different brewing styles and flavor profiles using the same dripper.
