Description

The AeroPress Stainless Steel Reusable Filter is the original reusable mesh filter — 316 premium stainless, more durable than standard 304, a lifetime accessory.

Mesh filtration lets more flavor-carrying oils through than paper — fuller-body coffee with the classic mesh character. Holds back coarser sediment but gives you the full flavor range in the cup.

Available in Standard (for AeroPress Original, Clear, Go) and XL (for AeroPress XL only). Premium-grade 316 instead of 304 — much more robust and corrosion-resistant. Dishwasher-safe. Made in USA.

Tipps für die erste Tasse

Pre-rinse the filter with hot water before each brew — removes oil residue, gives a clean start.

At fine grinds, go coarser — mesh lets more through than paper, too fine gives muddy brew.

After heavy use soak in warm soapy water — dissolves coffee oils that a normal rinse misses.

Which size for my AeroPress?

Standard fits AeroPress Original, Clear, Go. XL fits ONLY the AeroPress XL. Premium also fits Standard.

Difference vs Gold-Tone?

Both are 316 stainless. Stainless has standard mesh (more body, less clarity), Gold-Tone is super-fine plus titanium coating (more clarity, scratch-resistant). Stainless is more affordable.

How long does the filter last?

With normal use a lifetime — 316 stainless doesn't corrode and the mesh doesn't fatigue. Only mechanical damage forces a replacement.

Can I use both filters together?

Mesh + paper together works — gives maximum clarity with mesh stability. Mesh as base, paper on top, then brew.
