Which temperature for which brew method?
Pour-over (V60, Origami, Kalita, Chemex): 88–96 °C — lower for light roasts (85–90), higher for medium and dark (92–96). French press: 92–96 °C. AeroPress: variable 80–95 °C per recipe. Tea: green 70–80 °C, black 90–95 °C. The Artisan covers all ranges in 1 °C steps.
How long to heat up to 92 °C?
From room temperature with full 1 L: about 4–5 minutes to 92 °C. With half full (500 ml) about 2–3 minutes. Faster than a standard kettle plus cool-down.
Does the keep-warm function really hold temperature?
Yes. The internal heating element cycles on and off at +/- 1 °C and holds the water at the set temperature. With longer holds (>30 min) some water evaporates through the lid — refill if needed.
What's the Candy Blue Ukraine edition about?
A special edition with yellow-blue color accents. Brewista donates a portion of proceeds to Ukraine relief organizations. Functionally identical to the other variants.
