Warum es sich lohnt

A clean brew group is crucial for great espresso

Over time, coffee oils and residues build up in your espresso machine's brew group, leading to bitter flavors and inconsistent extraction. The Espazzola offers a revolutionary way to keep your brew group pristine. By cleaning during the hot water flush, it removes these impurities effectively, ensuring every shot tastes as fresh and pure as intended, without the need for harsh chemicals.

Espazzola over traditional brushes

Traditional brew group brushes can be messy, inefficient, and often fail to reach all critical areas. The Espazzola's unique design allows it to be locked into the portafilter, cleaning the shower screen and group gasket simultaneously and thoroughly. Its flexible silicone membrane adapts to the contours, while the integrated water guidance prevents splashes, making cleaning a quick, clean, and safe process.

The new Espazzola-2+3-58 is a Game-Changer

With its modular stainless steel clips, you can easily adjust the number of cams to perfectly fit almost any 58mm brew group, eliminating compatibility issues. Tipps für die erste Tasse

Integrate the Espazzola into your daily post-brewing routine. A quick clean after your last shot of the day will prevent stubborn buildup and ensure your machine is ready for perfect espresso the next morning.

Take a moment to adjust the stainless steel clips to match the notches of your portafilter. A snug fit ensures maximum cleaning efficiency and prevents any splashing during the cleaning process.

While the Espazzola cleans the shower screen and group gasket, it does not replace regular backflushing (if your machine allows). For a comprehensive cleaning regimen, use the Espazzola daily and perform a backflush with a blind filter and espresso machine cleaner weekly.
