How is the Flow Control Cap different from the standard cap?
The standard cap lets coffee drip through slowly during immersion (drip-through). The Flow Control Cap has a pressure valve that seals the chamber completely — no drip-through until you actively press. This enables longer brew times without extraction loss and lets you grind coarser.
