Cafetto EVO cleaning agent for coffee machines - 1000g

Cafetto EVO® cleaner is a gentle yet highly effective cleaning agent for espresso coffee machines. Its fast-dissolving formula is easy to rinse off and reliably removes coffee oils, deposits and stains, improving the taste and aroma of your espresso. It helps keep your coffee machine in perfect condition and your coffee tasting its best.

Its formula is odorless, biodegradable, and free of phosphates, chlorine, and GMO ingredients. Thanks to its non-aggressive formula, it is also gentle on the internal components of the coffee machine. The package also includes a handy measuring spoon for precise dosing.

Suitable for daily backflush maintenance and for cleaning levers and filters. A certified cleaner popular with professionals and home baristas alike.

1. Remove the regular filter from the lever (group handle) and replace it with a blind filter.
2. For daily cleaning, pour 1 level EVO® measuring spoon into the lever. If you clean less frequently, use 2 measuring spoons.
3. Reinsert the lever into the coffee machine as you would for normal espresso preparation.
4. Start dispensing for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaning agent.
5. Stop the dispensing and leave to act for 10 seconds.
6. Repeat this cycle (10 seconds dispensing, 10 seconds pause) four more times.
7. Remove the lever and rinse it thoroughly under running water from the coffee machine head. Turn off the coffee machine.
8. Replace the lever with the blind filter and run a short rinse cycle 10 times: 5 seconds on, 2 seconds off.
9. Remove the blind filter and replace the regular filter.
10. Prepare one espresso, then pour it out – this will "clean" the coffee machine again and remove any unpleasant tastes.
